Get Grounded

There are many ways to get grounded and connected to yourself so you can remove yourself from mental noise to find peace, clarity and happiness. It sounds too easy to be true, but getting grounded is simple and it works to improve your well-being in every way. One method for getting grounded and connected that is featured in our Mindfulness eBook is called a Body Scan.


Here's how it works ...


Pay Close attention to the physical sensation through your body. Start with your feet, and move up through your legs, abdomen, chest, back, shoulders, arms, hands, neck and face. Spend anywhere from 15 seconds to 1 minute one each body part.


You may want to do this while listening to some tranquil mediation music. Here is a link to relaxing zen music that you can play in the background.
