RATES & INSURANCE
Individual Therapy Sessions: $175
Couples Therapy Sessions: $220
We accept Aetna, Blue Cross Blue Shield, Cigna, Emblem Health, Empire, GHI, Medicare, MVP, NYSHIP, Oxford, Value Options, 1199, and United Health Care. Depending on the type of insurance, reimbursement rates may vary. Please contact your insurance company for your rates. We will work with you to submit your insurance claim for out-of-network reimbursement.
CANCELLATION POLICY
At Mindfulness Counseling Services of New York (MCS of NY), we value your time and are committed to providing consistent, quality care. We require a minimum of 24 hours’ notice for all cancellations or requests to reschedule individual and group appointments.
Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice, as well as missed appointments (no-shows), will be subject to a cancellation fee.
As a courtesy, appointment reminders are sent via text message and email 24 hours in advance. Please note that it is your responsibility to confirm, cancel, or reschedule your appointment within that timeframe.
